You may be seeing a lot of vacated commercial spaces scattered throughout the county but the industry is seeing recovery. As our local residential market is gaining health, the commercial side (although slower in the bounce) is also starting to gain some ground. As shared by our President and Owner, Ken Anderson, and others around the county, local retail space and vacancy rates are beginning to improve.
